Guests have access to a laundry room, a shared south-facing patio, and a rooftop terrace with sea views. Parking is free and inside the property. With just 16 m², this cozy house is fully equipped for short stays. It’s very close to the city center, supermarkets, and just a short drive from the main beaches of eastern Algarve. Casa dos Passarinhos, along with Casa do Mar, Casa do Campo, and Casa da Eira, forms part of a small rural accommodation, discreetly located away from the road. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our estate is a secure and peaceful retreat, fully fenced and accessible only through an automatic gate. Enjoy nature with complete privacy and comfort. Nearby, visit Tavira Castle and Pego do Inferno waterfall, 10 km away. The area offers great restaurants, charming villages, and beautiful beaches. No pets, smoking, or events allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after midnight. Do not flush paper down the toilet. Green bins for household waste are outside the property by the main road. Recycling bins are in the private parking area. All guests must read the house rules, including waste separation, available inside the house.

The 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. Unwind on the private covered terrace of this charming country house, perfect for relaxing evenings. The property features a shared outdoor area with a garden and an open terrace. Our Quinta is a safe and peaceful retreat, fully enclosed and accessible only through an automatic gate. Here, our guests can enjoy nature with complete privacy and comfort, in a secure environment. The property is located just a short drive from various beaches, the city centre, Tavira Castle and the Pego do Inferno waterfall. Furthermore, the surrounding villages offer numerous good restaurants. A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 12 am. Recyclables should be deposited in the bins next to the car park, while household waste should be collected in the green bins outside the accommodation. More information is provided on site. Please do not throw any paper into the toilet. This property features energy-saving lighting. We also share the space with various species of birds, both day and night. You may also be lucky enough to spot other animals that inhabit this rich biodiversity. Finally, the sounds of cats and dogs that are part of the environment around us are a common presence. We would like to inform our guests that between the last week of September and the first week of October, the annual fair in honor of St. Francis takes place about 2 km away from our farm, so when the wind blows from the southwest, the sound of the fair can spread during the night.
